The Koninklijke Bibliotheek is looking for early career data scientist, social scientist, computer scientist, humanities scholar, or more simply put, a researcher working with or interested in our digital collections, such as the web archive, 100 million pages digitised text or ground-truth sets.
Summary of the vacancy:

- Two placements in 2021
- All early career researchers eligible to work in the EU can apply (max. 5 years after PhD or in final phase of their PhD research)
- 6 month projects for 0.5 fte
- Output published on the KB Lab (https://lab.kb.nl/)
- Support from research software engineer, advisor, and collection and data specialists
- Office space in Den Haag in the Research department of the KB or via remote working
