Scan Tailor is an interactive post-processing tool for scanned pages. It gives the ability of: splitting, deskewing, adding/removing borders, binarising, among others features. The provided input are raw scans, and it will provode pages ready to be printed or assembled into a PDF or DJVU file as an output.
Scan Tailor is licensed under Free Software, General Public License version 3 and there are both Windows and GNU/Linux versions available.
Now, one can test the tool in our Demonstrator platform at https://www.digitisation.eu/tools-resources/demonstrator-platform/dp/?tool=scantailorcli09111 (remember you need to be logged in to try tools at our demonstrator platform and be a member to change default values and inputs to try it with your own files).
